Discovery of 5th state of matter

 

As, we generally know there are 4 states of matter .

1. Solid 

2. Liquid 

3. Gas 

4. Plasma

and today we will learn the discovery of 5 state of matter which is "BOSE-EINSTEIN CONDENSATE"

HOW NASA IS CREATING THE 5TH STATE OF MATTER ?

So, usually we know the 3 states of matter which are solid,liquid and gas and these all are made up of atomic matters . 

So , if we provide enough energy to all 3 of these matter so the electrons will be removed from the matter and then the 4TH state of matter will form which is "plasma".

As, we can't see the plasma more on earth but in universe it is very common like some examples are lightning and the most common example of plasma is our sun which we can call it as "the big plasma ball". 

but our universe is not till the 4th state of matter but there is 5th state of matter called "BOSE-EINSTEIN CONDENSATE"

As, we cool air it becomes into liquid and then we cool liquid it becomes in solid and then we cool the solid and then we get the 5th state of matter.

WHAT IS BOSE-EINSTEIN CONDENSATE AND WHY THIS NAME IS GIVEN TO IT?

So, 1920 in india the great mathematician "SATYANDRA NATH BOSE" he has predict that there is existense of 5th state of matter. So, then he studied the relationship between the light and temperature and he has an equation which was known as "BOSE-EINSTEIN STATISTICS" and the atmos which follow this equation they were know as "BOSONS". He believed that if we cool these bosons till the temperature of -273 degree c , so they will become the 5th state of matter .. So, then he wanted to publish this theory sp he gone to "THE BRITISH JOURNEL FOR THE PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE" but they directly refused to publish this theory. So, by the refusal of "THE BRITISH JOURNEL FOR THE PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE" then in 1924 he shared his theory with Albert Einstein and the theory was finally published in "ZEITCHRIFT FOR PHYSIK"
